Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wendell Nunes ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit wendellnunes.com (the "Site") or use my services. I'm based in British Columbia, Canada, and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. Information I collect
Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write in a contact form, questionnaire, booking request, or email.
Payment information: if you pay an invoice, payment is processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. I receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and basic billing details.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
Business information: if you're a client, details you share about your business, website, accounts, or tools so I can do the work. I only ask for access I need.
2. How I use your information
To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request
To schedule calls, send invoices, and collect payment
To send project updates and, only if you've agreed, newsletters or marketing emails
To understand how the Site is used and improve it
To keep the Site secure and meet legal obligations
3. Consent
By submitting a form or otherwise giving me your information, you consent to its collection and use as described here. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting me, subject to legal or contractual limits. Withdrawing consent may mean I can no longer provide certain services.
4. Email and CASL
I only send commercial emails with your express or implied consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and I'll act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
4a. Text messages (SMS)
If you give me your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, I may text you about your enquiry, appointments, project updates, invoices, and, only if you've opted in to marketing, offers or news. Your consent is never a condition of buying anything from me.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. I'll act on opt-outs right away.
Costs: message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies with your activity.
Your number stays private: I don't sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the texts on my behalf, such as GoHighLevel and its carrier partners.
Records: I keep a record of when and how you consented, along with your opt-out history.
